The Certificate in Business Communication provides the opportunity to learn, practice and improve management and communication soft skills, which enables the participant to improve their contribution and performance in the international workplace.
Concept of the CBC Programme
The Certificate of Business Communication is a progressive, modular programme consisting of 5, 6 or 7 seminars. The objective of all seminars is the development of soft skills, organisation skills and communication skills. Each seminar focuses on improving performance in a specific competency area or management discipline.
The programme is delivered over a calendar of 18 or 36 months and leads to the Certificate of Business Communication.
Each seminar within the programme is three or five days long. Total classroom teaching time across all seminars is 100-200hrs, and participants are expected to complete self-study of between 20-100hrs.
The seven standard seminar models are: Presentations, Meetings, Negotiations, Customer Service, Sales, Project Management, and International Teamwork.
The seminar modules are tailored to your industry, and the Corporate Academy will develop specific trainings for your company if needed.
